Wings This Week takes a weekly look at the most talked about events & athletes in the World of Red Bull. The focus this week are the Red Bull X-Fighters Jams that will hit India Gate Lawns, New Delhi on the 30th of June, 2012.
12 years ago Red Bull set out on a simple quest: to feature some of the most death-defying high-octane motocross riders and have them square off in some of the most stunning locations across the globe. The dichotomy left jam-packed arenas of fans cheering for more and the series was rightfully bestowed with the ‘X-fighters’ moniker. Today, Red Bull X-fighters is one of the most respected freestyle motocross tours on the planet.
The event, which has already garnered a cult status in the cities it has visited, has now shifted its sights to dominating India’s unruly terrain.On June 30th at India Gate Lawns, New Delhi, top riders from the region will be joining some of the finest shooting stars from the international scene to put on an insane show in front of tens of thousands of people.
