Levi LaVallee Garth Milan/Red Bull Photofiles

As he prepares for an assault on the record books with this year’s Red Bull: New Year. No Limits, snowmobile star Levi LaVallee tells us about how he keeps it real with his video gaming time.

Levi’s not into your more fantastical adventure games or those featuring inane tasks or random killings. No, it’s biking, and the more realistic the better – which is why he loves playing MX vs ATV: Reflex.

“That game is just awesome, because it’s the closest thing to actually riding, as far as video games go,” Levi comments. “The feel of the bike and the way it reacts is almost identical to real life, that’s what so cool about it.

“It’s not like some weird game where there’s rockets coming out of your bike or turbo boost, it’s like real, legit dirt bike riding.

“Unfortunately, the reason I’ve tended to be enjoying this video game is because I’ve been injured or something so often. And so I’ve got to spend some considerable time playing it!

“So when I can’t ride for real, the next best thing is playing Reflex!”
